Patchwork Dragonfly Dress

Here's a sweet dress! The patchwork panels alternate from a medium solid purple and a blue/purple batik. The applique is a cute little batik dragonfly which is bonded and handstitched with blue embroidery floss.

Ember Heart

I made one of these sweet T's for my Mommy as a Mother's Day gift. I made her 2 different shirts, but this is her favorite, I think. The heart is like the blue hot embers of a fire and the rest of the shirt is variegating shades of yellow, orange, red and dark red. I LOVE the drizzling dye effect. It so different from traditional tie dye!

Earth Toned A Shaped Design

Funny thing - I made this design by mistake originally. I was actually trying for a V design, but got messed up in the folding/tying process! I love how it turned out and now make them this way on purpose, lol!
